How should you select rewards at level 30?

Is a weapon always the better reward?
Not necessarily. The Stitcher is referenced as a main-hand item and Spare Part Bindings as wrist equipment. Your current weapon proficiency, armor access, and the piece you would replace matter more than a generic item ranking. These are Horde quest references, and a missing required-level field must not be treated as permission for a low-level character to equip the item.
