Is there a definitive level-30 BiS list?
Beta tuning is still evolving: 35 observed records with required levels from 20 to 30 are gear leads, not certified rankings. Boss loot sources come from community reports and item properties may change.

How do you filter?
In BiS by level, select class and the exact level-30 bracket. The character paper-doll separates slots and prevents invalid armor selection, such as mail or plate for a rogue. Item level is different from required level.
What about levels 31–60?
Those are future planning brackets, but gear requiring more than level 30 cannot be equipped at the current cap. Classic level-60 pre-BiS lists are not beta evidence.
