Did dungeon quests lose experience?
Blizzard's 1 October notes reduced extra dungeon-quest experience beyond normal quest values by 50%. This is not a blanket 50% reduction in the entire quest reward.
What changed for dungeon creature kills?
The 8 October notes raised experience from dungeon creature kills by approximately 20%. Blizzard also restored Classic Era party experience calculations for higher-level group members killing lower-level creatures. These reflect the beta patch, not a permanent rule for every later version.
Is dungeon leveling the best option at 30?
Compare travel time, quests, boss access and rewards. Increased mob XP does not guarantee the best leveling speed for every party. Check the available dungeon list before planning a run.
